Returns

Customer may return new, unworn, “like new” items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds will be generated to the means of payment used in the initial purchase within 24 hours after receipt of the returned product.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipping costs. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed. Return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of a Chung Shi North America error.

All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window.

Products returned not in an “like new” condition will be levied a refund deduction of up to 50%, depending on the effort required to make the product “like new”. Products that cannot be restored to factory condition will be denied a refund.

Exchanges

Chung Shi North America will replace a product with a different product of the same price, assuming availability of the desired product. The customer will pay for the shipping charges for exchanges.

Obtain a return authorization number by contacting Chung Shi North America at orders@chungshiusa.com . Chung Shi North America will apply the charges and send a return label with the replacement product. Chung Shi North America reserves the right to charge for products that are not returned within a reasonable timeframe.

If the desired replacement product is not available, the customer will be required to request a return as described in the Returns section above. The customer is then of course free to purchase a different product from Chung Shi North America if they wish.

Warranty

Chung Shi warrants new products for either 1 year or 2 years (depending on the product) from date of purchase for material defect, poor workmanship, or product failure that is not the result of misuse or wear that is excessive for the age of the product.

Note: Items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable. Please contact the merchant for issues concerning these items.
